How the build works
We design and build your site locally first, then share a private staging link so you can review everything and request changes. Once the design is approved, you’ll provide your WordPress login, and we’ll migrate the finished site to your live domain.
Optional services
Optional services are available if you’d like extra support beyond the standard build. Each service has a clear scope and is quoted separately, so you only pay for what you actually need.
Copywriting
If writing your website content feels overwhelming, we can help. We’ll create clear, on-brand copy that matches your tone and speaks directly to your audience.
Domain and hosting setup
Prefer not to deal with the technical side? We can handle domain setup, DNS connections, and hosting configuration so everything works together smoothly.
Logo design
A simple, elegant logo designed to reflect your brand’s personality. Ideal for new businesses or anyone ready for a clean refresh.
Enhancements & interactions
Subtle design details that improve usability and guide attention without feeling flashy or heavy. Examples include animated text (fade-ins, slide-ins, highlights) and floating buttons like book now, call, social links, or back-to-top. All enhancements are added using lightweight CSS, not bulky plugins.
Blog migration
Moving your existing blog (from WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Blogger, Medium, etc.) to your new site. Includes importing all posts, pages, images, categories, tags, authors, comments, and internal links. Everything is cleaned up and redirected so SEO stays intact and old links keep working.
WordPress website maintenance
Monthly or quarterly updates to keep your site secure, backed up, and running smoothly. This covers WordPress, plugin, and theme updates, as well as website backups.
Domain & hosting maintenance
Ongoing management of your domain registration, DNS records, and hosting account. We can handle renewals, prevent expiration surprises, update nameservers if you move hosts, and fix any DNS-related issues so your site.
SEO tracking setup
We’ll connect Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Bing Webmaster Tools so you can track performance from day one.
GDPR setup
Basic GDPR compliance setup, including a cookie notice and privacy policy statement with default wording that you can review and update as needed.

Professional email: Zoho Mail
Zoho Mail is reliable, easy to set up, and works well with domain and hosting (specifically Cloudflare and AWS Lightsail in our experience). It has great deliverability and stays simple to manage. We prefer it for its ease of setup, organization, and intuitive user interface. It also connects with a wide range of optional business tools if you ever need them.
Hosting: AWS Lightsail
Excellent performance and uptime at a low monthly cost. Plans start around $5 per month and scale easily as your site grows, with no long-term commitment.
